Listed is a WWII era Ka-Bar made USN Mk 2 Knife. This knife is in good condition overall. The finish on the blade only remains on about 30% of the surface, with mostly bare steel showing. The original stampings are present. The leather wrapped handle is in good condition, with none of the leather cracking or peeling. The pommel and handguard show some pitting and signs of old rust, but the blade does not. It still has an excellent edge. The original matching sheath is included, with USN MK 2 on the front and NOR-4723, BM Co and a scripted VP on the back. It has flecks of white paint or something similar all over the plastic and steel, as well as the expected scuffs and scratches for something of this age. The webbed belt attachment is in serviceable condition. It does not have a box or any papers.
