Consigned here is a Winchester Model 9422 chambered in .22 Short, Long and Long Rifle, featuring a 20″ barrel. The serial number places this rifle near the end of Winchester’s 1976 production.
The Model 9422 was introduced in 1972 and quickly became one of Winchester’s most popular and respected rimfire lever-action rifles. Built with the quality and craftsmanship Winchester was known for, the 9422 combines the classic lines of a Model 94 with the fun and economy of the .22 LR cartridge.
This example is in very nice condition and retains the classic Winchester appearance that makes the early 9422s so desirable to collectors and shooters alike.
